At CANA GAZ Ltd, we are committed to delivering safe, high-quality gas products directly to your home or business. Your satisfaction is important, and this policy explains how refunds and returns are handled for our products.


1. Refund and Return Period

Because we sell gas materials, which are consumable and potentially hazardous, our refund and return period is 4 days from the date of delivery. Returns or refunds requested after 4 days will not be accepted.


2. Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return or exchange:

  • The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
  • You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Returns are only accepted for items delivered incorrectly, defective, or damaged during transport.

Note: Gas cylinders, refills, and other consumable gas products cannot be returned once the seal is broken for safety reasons.


3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Any gas products that have been used or opened
  • Hazardous materials (e.g., flammable gases, regulators if damaged during misuse)
  • Gift cards

4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • We will notify you via email or phone about the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds:

  • Check your bank account or Mobile Money first.
  • Contact your credit card company or bank, as processing times may vary.

5. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged during delivery.

To request an exchange:

  1. Email us at canagaze@gmail.com
  2. Bring or send the item to our office Near Nyarugenge Market, in front of Kipharma Pharmacy.

6. Shipping Returns

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs if applicable.
  • For safety and legal reasons, most gas products must be returned in person at our location.

7. Gifts

If a gas product was purchased as a gift:

  • If shipped directly to you, you may receive a gift credit once the return is processed.
  • If shipped to the gift giver, any refund will be sent to them.
